FAQ
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Just go to the search bar and type in "international" it will come up with options. Just add your country to Cart if it is there. If your country isn't there then just add USA to cart so it covers the postage costs roughly. Most importantly CHECK OUT YOUR CART AS PICK UP INSTORE! Once you have checked out email us your order number with your entire international shipping address including your mobile number. If your postage costs more than you have paid then we will let you know the difference as the postage costs goes off weight of the garments. We are also not liable for any import tax your country may hold.
How long do pre-orders take?
Preorders often take up to 6 weeks for us to manufacture. Although you may recieve an automatic email of your order, preorders will get an extra email with tracking once the item is shipped. We Thankyou for your patience and for supporting sustainable slow fashion.
What if an item is sold out in my size?
Do not fret my loves. Send me an email or instagram/fb message. If we have fabric left over and you don't mind waiting, sometimes we can make it for you.
How do I know what size to get?
This one is hard to answer as all styles in every brand including ours have different fits. I try to be clear in descriptions as to wether something is oversized or fitted etc. Please make sure to read the descriptions of each item before you purchase as I guide specifically for each item. We also do have a tall range which obviously is for tall people so if that isn't you, avoid buying that style. Descriptions are there for your benefit my loves. A lot of our styles have stretch and shirring; these styles are so generous in the sense I could fit a size medium with the stretch pulled tight or a 2xl with the elastic more lax, and that's me at a size au 18. Best thing is to read descriptions of individual items but also be mindful if there is a stretch component or not as that will help you with wether to size up or down. But as a general guide:

We can actually cater up to 6xl but we don't carry the stock. If you are bigger than a 26 please directly contact me and I can make some items for you.
Our preorders often have the 6xl option we just don't have the space to carry all sizes in store so we only stock xs-4xl.

We are in a small coastal town in the south West of Australia called Busselton, we design all our goods from here. 102 Strelly st Busselton WA 6280
Where are your clothes manufactured?
Our clothing, leather and jewels are all ethically made with love by our beautiful Indonesian Jinx family. All incredible craftsmen and women who specialise in their skills. Sara works closely with our very small manufacturing team to ensure high quality workmanship and high standards of a ethical work environment. We stand by our price reflecting great work conditions and a fair wage for everyone involved. As they say if it's cheap, someone along the line wasn't paid fairly for their skills.
Do you do wholesale?

Returns/exchange?
Oh whoops did you grab the wrong size? That's ok these things happen. If you can email me as soon as you have decided you want to return. Just email me the item you want to return and your order number, let me know what you would like to swap your item for or if you would like a store credit. Store credits are valid for 12 months. We have no returns on sale items or pre-order items so please choose carefully. We also do not offer refunds unless an item is deemed faulty.
