these are only fitted at the waist and even then stretchy and versatile so sizing is fairly loose. this is what i think would fit
Xs- size 6-10
S- size 8-12
m size 12-14
L size 14-16
XL size 18-20
2xl size 22-24
3xl size 24-26
4xl size 26-28
keep in mind the elastic makes it very versatile as a size 18 waist i could squeeze into the medium but the elastic will be firmer or i can wear a 3xl but it will be looser, hope that makes sense x
