Returns and exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges or store credit requests within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges after this period. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition and have all hangtags attached.
Please note that bralettes, bloomers, and one-pieces cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale items are non-refundable, so please choose carefully.
Custom Orders
At Jinx the Label, we take pride in creating custom-made pieces tailored specifically to your unique specifications. Please note that due to the personalized nature of these orders, we cannot accept returns or offer store credit for custom items. Each piece is handmade just for you, making it non-resellable.
We highly recommend double-checking your measurements and details before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit. If you need assistance, our team is happy to guide you through the process.
How to initiate a return
To start a return, email us at info@jinxthelabel.com within 7 days of receiving your items. Include your order number and specify whether you prefer an exchange or store credit.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. Contact us via email, specifying the style, color and size of the item you wish to exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Refunds for faulty items
Refunds are only issued for faulty products, provided we are contacted within 30 days. To initiate the process, please email us a photo of the fault. If available, we will replace the item, otherwise, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Sale items and promotional purchases
For sale or discounted items, we offer exchanges or store credit in the form of a discount code. Refunds are not available for these purchases.
Incorrect items received
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@jinxthelabel.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees. To ensure a smooth refund process, we recommend using a trackable method.
Gift returns
For items marked as gifts, a gift credit will be issued upon receiving the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
