Shipping Policy

At Jinx the Label, we aim to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping experience for all our customers. Please read our shipping policy carefully for all the necessary details.

Shipping and dispatch

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Bali using DHL. In stock items will be dispatched with five (5) to seven (7) business days after your order has been placed. For preorders, we require a few extra days for processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on orders above AUD 150 while a flat shipping rate applies to orders below AUD 150.

Your items will be carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each garment will include care labels, please follow these instructions to maintain your garment’s quality.

Quality control

Every item undergoes a thorough inspection before it is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, our responsibility for the item ends. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment, please contact us via email during your purchase.

Order processing, delivery and signature requirements

In-stock items ship within three (3) business days. Due to our efficient process, order changes, cancellations or amendments to billing and shipping details are not possible once the order is placed.

We offer free worldwide shipping. If your country isn't listed at checkout, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Delivery times are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for delays. However, we will notify you of any part deliveries or stock unavailability.

To ensure accurate tracking, a signature is required upon delivery. If you're unavailable, you'll receive an 'attempted delivery slip' with instructions for collection.

Customs and import taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes in their country. Jinx the Label declares the full value of all shipments in AUD and includes a customs invoice where applicable. We are unable to undervalue parcels. We do not ship to hotels or PO Boxes, so please provide a private address.
