The Anisa Long Dress is a beautifully flowing new silhouette designed to celebrate comfort, softness, and confident femininity. Crafted from the softest rayon we could source and dyed in a rich, plain Mulberry tone, this dress feels as good as it looks.

The front bust opens to reveal a subtle hint of midriff, framed with vertical lace detailing and adjustable woven ties on either side. This allows you to customise the fit to suit your bust size and your preferred level of coverage. The bodice is fully shirred at the back, offering flexibility, support and all day comfort, a signature Jinx the Label detail we always return to.

Designed with a halter style top, the back panel is completely shirred for ease of fit across sizes, finished with a beautiful tie at the back that can be adjusted to your liking. The skirt falls with generous volume, creating movement and an effortlessly flattering shape, while our signature pockets add everyday practicality.

Shipping and dispatch

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Bali using DHL. In stock items will be dispatched with five (5) to seven (7) business days after your order has been placed. For preorders, we require a few extra days for processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on orders above AUD 150 while a flat shipping rate applies to orders below AUD 150.

Your items will be carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each garment will include care labels, please follow these instructions to maintain your garment’s quality.

Quality control

Every item undergoes a thorough inspection before it is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, our responsibility for the item ends. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment, please contact us via email during your purchase.

Order processing, delivery and signature requirements

In-stock items will be dispatched within five (5) to seven (7) business days after your order has been placed. For preorders and special custom orders, we require a few extra days for processing. Due to our efficient process, order changes, cancellations or amendments to billing and shipping details are not possible once the order is placed.

We offer free worldwide shipping. If your country isn't listed at checkout, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Delivery times are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for delays. However, we will notify you of any part deliveries or stock unavailability.

To ensure accurate tracking, a signature is required upon delivery. If you're unavailable, you'll receive an 'attempted delivery slip' with instructions for collection.

Customs and import taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes in their country. Jinx the Label declares the full value of all shipments in AUD and includes a customs invoice where applicable. We are unable to undervalue parcels. We do not ship to hotels or PO Boxes, so please provide a private address.

Returns and exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges or store credit requests within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges after this period. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition and have all hangtags attached.

Please note that bralettes, bloomers, and one-pieces cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale items are non-refundable, so please choose carefully.

Custom Orders

Please note that due to the personalized nature of these orders, we cannot accept returns or offer store credit for custom items. Each piece is handmade just for you, making it non-resellable.

How to initiate a return

Exchanges

Refunds for faulty items

Refunds are only issued for faulty products, provided we are contacted within 30 days. To initiate the process, please email us a photo of the fault. If available, we will replace the item, otherwise, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
